We have acted for vendors and purchasers in land transaction particularly in multi-storey units sale and purchase transactions.

It is important for prospective vendors and purchasers to seek our advice on the terms of sale and purchase before they sign the provisional sale and purchase agreement at the estate agent’s office. The provisional sale and purchase agreement, once signed and become legally binding, may leave the parties very little room to negotiate for more appropriate terms in the future formal sale and purchase agreement and, generally, on the transaction.

We have also advised clients in estate planning and will drafting, and to obtain grants of representation from the Probate Registry of the Court of First Instance.
